		<description>Well, readings some articles, I am realizing that poor service is a real problem.

I also had to go to an actual reference librarian, when I post my final assignment you can see what a disaster that was!</description>

		<description>It would be interesting to know if the librarian who was helping you was a student (library or otherwise) or an actual librarian. In my grad school, the reference desk was LARGELY staffed by library students. I also know that in that library, the student librarians were NOT encouraged to give a very high level of service, ESPECIALLY to other library students (how they would know that, I&#039;m not sure). I was never impressed by the level of service offered to anyone in that library.
I, too, prefer doing my own serches! I could (and have) spend hours looking for stuff.</description>
